Mary McMahan, President
Mary created Fan Experiences in June of 2007, but has been involved with planning major events since 1997. She has previously held several roles in the Hospitality industry including: Account Executive, Catering Manager and Event Manager for various Hospitality companies. Mary attended Northern Illinois University and studied Biological Science. Mary is dedicated to providing the best customer service to her clientele and have them be given a FAN-TASTIC experience through FAN EXPERIENCES.

Dawson Pritchett, Director of Sales
Dawson Pritchett joined the Fan Experiences team in September of 2012. Before joining the team he worked for the Music City Sports and Entertainment Group. He is a graduate of Florida State University with a B.S. Degree in Political Science.

Kari Schlapman, Senior Program Manager
Kari has been on our team since April of 2012. She brings to us varied skills from her background as a Meeting Coordinator for Harley-Davidson and as a Corporate Events Planner. She is a graduate of University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point with a B.S. Degree in Health Promotion.

Clay Patchen, Program Manager
Clay Patchen joined Fan Experiences in December of 2012. He has interned for Fan Experiences over the past couple years as well as the Miami CVB. Previously, he worked at the Old Course Hotel in St. Andrews, Scotland. He is an alumni for the Presbyterian College and Florida State University lacrosse teams, as well as a member of the FSU Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity. Clay graduated from Florida State University with a minor in Business and a B.S. in Hospitality Management.

Caroline Cox, Professional Intern
Caroline is currently a senior at University of Central Florida- Rosen College of Hospitality studying Event Management. She joined Fan Experiences in April 2012 as an Accounting Coordinator. Previously, she had worked in the orientation departments at Tallahassee Community and Valencia College executing events. She has also held an internship at Orlando Science Center planning their fundraising events

Jake & Jessie Jane, Mascots
Jake and Jessie Jane are FAN EXPERIENCES’ mascots. They carry many functions for FAN EXPERIENCES. They often greet each staff member with a wagging tail every day when they arrive. They double check during the day to make sure the staff is taking breaks & eating during the day. They often remind the staff they would always accept any of their left overs. Their best feature is that they guard the office and become FAN EXPERIENCES’ security late at night when the staff is burning the midnight oil. But most of the time, you can find them laying under the boss’ desk sleeping at her feet.
