Fan Experiences is an experienced Event Management Company. With experience in successfully managing an average of 3500 hotel room accommodations for Super Bowl and an average of 300 hotel room accommodations for the Men’s Final Four Championship. Fan Experiences is an “official” partner of the NFL, NFL Host Committee and NCAA.
Fan Experiences has successfully managed and supplied hotel rooms for individuals, businesses, and talent. Our knowledgeable staff is available to handle customer’s questions and reservation inquiries throughout the entirety of an event. This, in turn, gives your staff the ability to focus on other important matters.
The Fan Housing Programs that we have developed over the last 6 years, are programs designed to help individuals or businesses reserve reasonable accommodations for various large sporting events.
For our clients, our staff can also assist with the coordination of vehicle transfers, dining, contract negotiations, room drops, break-out sessions, production and AV needs, scripting, and website development all at the fraction of the cost. Fan Experiences has the expertise and has partnered with the best people in the industry to ensure a successful end product.
